Can I change the color of one nav item?

For example the last Nav item is DONATE …I want it to stand out. Or can I turn it inot a button?

That is not an option of the Navigation Bar stack.

You can achieve the button effect you’re referring to with the Mega Menu stack that is a part of the Potion Pack addons.
