Using Form Pro
Id like to have the line From Website as a subject as well as allowing the sender to add their own
subject. How would I do this?
Also is it possible to cc more than one person?
I’m not sure I’m following on this one. You’re looking to merge two fields to make a subject line for the email?
The options that are currently present for the subject line are all that are available: Form Pro Documentation
You can send the email to one recipient and one CC: with Form Pro.

On Form Pro, I want to remove title as requested by the customer but, when I remove the text, the asterist * stay no matter what I do. How do are remove it please (see above name on screen print)?
The title field can be left empty, as you have, but since it is a required field the required field indicator will be seen. My suggestion would be to keep the label.
