Other than using columns, is there a way to right align a Dropdown? I’m wanting to create a language dropdown on the top right of my page above the Nav Bar.

Currently there is not. This is due to the way the Bootstrap drop down is designed. Or at least how it was setup when I wrote Foundry.
It may work if you used a paragraph stack in Drop Zone.
