Keep Field Name & Response on SAME Line

When an email is submitted by an individual, I receive the emails with the following format:

FieldName1
(Field Response)

FieldName2
(Field Response)

Is there a way to prevent the line breaks so that the field name is on the same line as the response?
FieldName1: (Field Response)

Having the field names and their contents (responses) isn’t an option of the stack, sorry.
