Indent or Add Padding to Linked Description

Currently, if there is a “Description” under the Linked List Item, it aligns left with the above link. Is there a way to add “padding” or an “indent” to set the description to the right a little to visually separate this description from the next linked list item?
Ex:
Linked List Item #1
(padding say 25px to the right) Description
Linked List Item #2
(padding say 25px to the right) Description

Yes, it is the option called Desc. Indent, shown here:
