I see you can add a cc field so that a form can also be sent to a colleague but is it possible to also send the form automatically to the person who sent it?

In this way, someone booking an appointment, also gets a record of their enquiry.

Sending an email to the site visitor is not an option. There’s a lot going on in that situation that could be a problem, including that the form could be used in a way to spam people using the form by using other people’s email addresses in the from’s “from” fields.
