I need a sharing space that is not open to everyone but only to 20 people, any advice?

Sure … use Sitelok. $40 for first domain, $20 per domain afterwards. Joe W makes some Sitelok stacks which makes the process of installing Sitelok to your pages a bit easier, but definitely not necessary.
