When I use banner, and I place the menu and for example colums in it, then I can no longer edit my colums, see picture, What is the solution?

This is likely because you’re using a fixed height for your Banner stack. This topic has been talked about in the past. Have a look at this thread here:
I think that should help solve your dilemma.
That said, I always think Fluid banner heights are best for responsive sites, IMHO.
