Alloy::: - specific categories on specific pages?

I would like to show only blog posts with a particular category relevant to a particular page.
For example, in the sidebar of my “Christmas Puddings” page I would like to show summaries only for the blog posts which have been categorised as “Christmas Puddings.”
Alternatively, can I set up a page which will only show, for example, “Christmas Puddings” blog posts?
I guess if I can do none of these, I would need to create a separate blog for “Christmas Puddings”

On the main blog page, click on Christmas Puddings. Then copy that page’s link. Then add a page to your RW project using the copied external URL. Might be other ways also but that should work fine. A categories page shows only summaries.
